How does it taste?
The sweet banana aroma of the wheat beer is complemented perfectly by the sour fruitiness of the sweet wine.
This creates a complex mixture of fruity sweet aromas that will blow your mind. Through a very slow form of bottle conditioning with a Belgian trappist yeast strain, we created a very fine almost champagne like carbonation.

Chilled at about 10° C and out of a nice big glass.
