How can you make a weizen even better?
With spelt!
No wheat straw was harmed in the making of this beer.
We used loads of spelt instead.
In addition, we shredded so many specialty malts in there until the beer turned red.
How does it taste?
Creamy sweet with distinct notes of banana. Smooth and round.
How do I drink it?
A wheat beer glass naturally.
But it tastes good out of any glass, even straight from the bottle.
