How does it taste?

The beer has a nice slightly fruity hop aroma. The malt body is quite big but not obnoxiously so. The typical sweetness of a Doppelbock is counteracted by a smooth bitterness.
This beer is dangerously easy to drink!

How do I drink it?

Cautiously out of a stein or big glass at 8° to 10°C.
But be warned this beer packs a punch!
